Storage in your browser

To improve your experience, this site stores a small amount of data in your own browser: your language preference (in localStorage), and — only until you finish booking — the name, email, and phone you enter, held in your browser's sessionStorage so your details carry into the secure payment and booking calendar. This data stays on your device. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We only share what is necessary with the tools we use to operate — Razorpay (to process your assessment payment) and Cal.com (to schedule your assessment call). These providers process your details under their own privacy policies.

Confidentiality

Your consultations are treated as private and confidential. We do not disclose your identity or the details of your matter to anyone outside our practice.

Your choices

You may ask us to access or delete the personal information you have shared with us at any time by emailing thebengalesoterica@gmail.com. You can clear the locally-stored data yourself by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Spiritual work unfolds in its own time and is influenced by many factors, including the sincerity and quality of your own practice. In keeping with tradition, we offer sincere guidance and devotion rather than promises of any particular outcome, result, or timeframe.

You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase our services.

Our guidance is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The assessment & fees

• Every engagement begins with a case assessment call. This normally carries a nominal fee of ₹299 (currently offered free as a launch benefit).
• Service fees are tiered and are confirmed after your assessment based on the nature and complexity of your matter. Figures shown on the site are indicative ranges.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to follow the guidance and practices shared with you to the best of your ability. Results depend in part on your participation.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, imagery, and design — belongs to Bengal Esoterica and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bengal Esoterica shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Our services are provided on an “as is” basis.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Assessment fee

The case-assessment fee reserves dedicated time and energy for a serious, focused consultation. For this reason it is non-refundable. (The assessment call is currently offered free as a launch benefit.)

Services

• Once a ritual or working has commenced on your behalf, the associated fee is non-refundable, as the work, time, and materials have already been committed.
• Before a working has begun, please contact us to discuss rescheduling or adjusting your engagement.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your assessment call, kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to find another suitable time.

Outcomes

As stated in our Terms, we do not promise specific outcomes or timeframes. Refunds are not provided on the basis of outcomes or the pace at which results appear.
